Is the app secure?
YES. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted on secure, world-leading Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
How is client data protected?
Full enterprise level security is provided by Microsoft Azure to world-leading standards and offers GDPR and data residency compliance ensures you are in control of who sees what.
Is it encrypted?
YES. All data will be encrypted in transit using TLS . All Data is encrypted at rest using encryption provided by the Database Server and Storage Account.
Where is the data hosted?
Data is hosted on the following: PostgreSQL (hosted on Azure Database for PostgreSQL) Hosting: Azure App Service, Azure Functions
Is it GDPR / PDPA compliant?
YES. MyBrokers App complies with major global data privacy laws, including GDPR (EU/UK) and PDPA (Singapore), with clear consent and data control features.
What privacy regulations do you adhere to?

Can clients opt in/out of communications?
Yes, clients can turn off notifications via the ‘settings’ tab
Who owns the client data?
You do. Client data belongs to the advisor. We don’t sell, share, or access your client information.
Is the data mine, or stored/shared by the app?
No. We do not share or sell data to anyone. It is encrypted and safely stored using Microsoft Azure’s enterprise security. We cannot access any personal details
Are disclaimers and risk warnings included?
YES. You can include your own custom disclaimers on every product upload to meet compliance needs.
Can I customise regulatory language?
YES. They you can do so in your company profile section and also create a unique page for your clients to view.
Is this a financial product platform?
No. It’s a marketing and engagement tool, not a financial product platform. You remain responsible for advice and compliance.
Does it require separate licensing?
NO. The app doesn’t require any licensing as it is simply a marketing tool and does not sell any products. The sales are the responsibility of the licensed IFA’s.

Will my clients see my brand?
Absolutely. The app is fully white-labeled. Your logo, your colours, your name. Clients will think it’s your own app.
How much of it is actually customisable?
Your branding consists of your logo, your colours, and your products. Those are the details your clients view. They do not see any other FA details.
Does the app send notifications from my name or brand?
Yes. Client communications are fully branded to you , including push notifications and shared links.
Is it clear and professional?
YES. The app is clean, clear, and uncluttered. Easy to read and navigate.

Yes. You’ll see real-time analytics on who viewed, shared, and requested more information about each product.
How detailed are the analytics?
You can track who has viewed your product, who is interested, who has shared your product, how many new client enquiries, drill down to time frames plus more, all in real-time.

Real-time data. You can also pull weekly and monthly reports.

That’s great news, who doesn’t love a new client. You will be notified via the app and via email, then it’s up to you to follow up.

How can I grow my client base using the App?
MyBrokers app has a ‘share’ functionality, you can share your investment product to a potential new client, or one of your existing clients can ‘share’ an investment product to any of their friends and colleagues. Should any of the ‘shares’ be interested in your product, you will receive an instant notification and email with their details to follow up on. Generating growth without the hard work, constant cold calls, and door knocking.

I’ve not very tech savvy, how hard is it to set my business up on the App?
Yes. MyBrokers app was designed to make a Financial Advisors job easier. The App is complex in the background but very simple and user friendly on the surface. Uploading of product information, graphics, and video content is fast and easy.
I’m interested in marketing my investment product on the app, how much does it cost?
We have several options on offer for originators of investment products. Please email support@mybrokers.app.
I’m a Financial Advisor and I have 100 clients, how can I market my investment products to them?
The App allows bulk uploading of client information, which it then populates and creates individual accounts. Once inside the App your clients will see all of your investment products on offer, plus receive notifications, updates, and any form communication you wish to convey - instantly and all at once - within the App. No need for your laptop.
Is the content on the app compliant with regulatory restrictions?
All investment opportunities available to share in the app come from regulatory approved originators or sources. They include built in disclaimers and risk warnings and are formatted to meeting financial promotional standards.
Will someone help me onboard and set this up?
YES. We have a dedicated support team, and also a suite of ‘How To’ documents. The app is very user friendly, so most can navigate their way around quickly and easily.
Is support email-only or phone-based?
